Guest Ratings & Reviews
We had a mixed experience at this hotel. While our initial rooms were quite outdated and not ideal for a family, our second night's stay was much better thanks to our guide's intervention, placing us in modern and spacious rooms. The meals could take a long time, and service wasn't the quickest, leading to some frustrations, especially with our young child. Breakfast was alright, but the wait was sometimes inconvenient. Overall, it was reasonably priced, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. While the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel itself fell short of what I expected from a boutique experience. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were commendable, but there was a lack of attention to detail. Additionally, the breakfast was a highlight, but again, it set high expectations that weren't consistently met throughout my stay.
Tulia is a delightful retreat that offered my family a soothing escape after our travels. The staff made us feel right at home, and we thoroughly enjoyed the amazing food. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there were a few minor issues related to amenities and inconsistencies in service. Overall, it's a solid choice, especially for pre- or post-safari accommodations.
This hotel is conveniently located off the main highway, making it easy to access safari companies and local attractions. The staff here are exceptional and truly make the experience memorable. Although the rooms could use some maintenance and the dining options were quite basic, the overall stay was quite pleasant and felt safe, especially as we were exploring the vibrant local community around the hotel.
I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the hotel itself fell short of expectations. The rooms were spacious but didn't match the pictures I had seen, and the dining options were limited. Overall, it's not a place I'd recommend unless some serious improvements are made.
